  • Application submissions: Name, email, phone number, and business details submitted through our online application form
  • Account information: Email and name if you create a business owner account
  • Reviews and comments: Name, email, and content submitted through reviews or comments
  • Giveaway participation: First and last name if you claim a giveaway tied to a featured business
  • Newsletter subscribers: Email address if you opt in
  • Usage data and cookies: Standard analytics (pages visited, time on site) and cookies for authentication and ad performance tracking (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta)

Listing is free and application based. We do not process payments and do not collect billing information.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use it to review applications, communicate with applicants and business owners, display reviews and comments, notify a business owner when you claim their giveaway, improve the Directory, measure ad performance, and send transactional emails about your account or listing.

  1. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • The business you claim a giveaway from (your first and last name only)
  • Service providers who help us run the Directory (hosting, email, analytics)
  • Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for ad performance measurement
  • Others when required by law
  1. Listings and Applications

Approved listings (business name, address, phone, website, photos, bio) are public. Owner account info (your name, email) stays private. Declined applications are kept briefly for internal recordkeeping, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion anytime.

  1. Reviews

Reviewer names are shown publicly. Emails submitted with reviews are used only for verification and are never displayed.

  1. Email List

We never sell or share your email outside the service providers listed above. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email, no questions asked.

  1. Data Retention

We keep account and listing data while active, and mailing list emails while you're subscribed. Some information may be retained after deletion if required by law.

  1. Your Rights

You can request to know what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, opt out of non-transactional communications, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact us below to make a request.

Essential cookies support login and site function. Analytics and ad cookies help us understand traffic and campaign performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as well.
