By accessing our website or submitting a business application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Sidekick Solutions website, our directory, and any giveaways posted through us. They apply to all visitors, applicants, listed businesses, and giveaway participants. We may update these Terms at any time, and the current version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.

  1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a business application, claim a giveaway, or otherwise enter into any agreement with Sidekick Solutions. If you are applying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

  1. Our Services

Sidekick Solutions operates a free, application-based directory highlighting locally owned businesses. Listings are not guaranteed. We review every application and reserve the right to decline any application or remove any listing at our discretion, at any time.

We do not charge for listings, and we do not process payments on this website.

  1. No Guarantee of Placement or Results

Being featured on Sidekick Solutions does not guarantee any specific outcome for a business, including but not limited to increased traffic, leads, visibility, or revenue. We make reasonable efforts to feature businesses fairly and accurately, but results depend on factors outside our control.

  1. Applicant and Business Responsibilities

If you apply for a listing, you agree to provide accurate, truthful information, promptly notify us of any changes to your business details, and ensure any content, images, or information you submit is legally owned or licensed and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

  1. Giveaways

The following terms apply to all giveaways posted through Sidekick Solutions:

No Guarantee of Value The value of a giveaway is determined at the sole discretion of the business for which the giveaway was posted. There is no guaranteed value in a claimed giveaway regardless of what is printed, posted, or written on the giveaway, the website, or in email format.

If for any reason the business is unable or unwilling to fulfill the giveaway, the giveaway has no cash value, cannot be returned, and cannot be refunded. The giveaway has no transferable value and can be rendered null and void at any time by the business for which it was posted.

We personally coordinate with each business owner before posting a giveaway and obtain their permission and approval. We also recognize that conditions can change quickly, especially for locally owned businesses. Neither the business nor its owners are under any obligation to fulfill or comply with the giveaway.

Claim Frequency No person may claim more than one giveaway every three months, and no more than four giveaways within a 12-month period.

No Cash Value Giveaways have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash at the business.

No Resale Value Giveaways may not be sold or resold. You may freely transfer a giveaway to someone else, but you may not sell or post it for sale.

30-Day Giveaway Expiration Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, a claimed giveaway is valid for 30 days from the date it was awarded. After 30 days, the giveaway has no value and may no longer be redeemed.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sidekick Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

If a business is featured, we retain the right to display that listing and related materials in our own marketing and portfolio unless the business requests otherwise in writing.

  1. Confidentiality

We treat information submitted through applications as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as necessary to operate the directory.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Sidekick Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, a business listing, or a giveaway, including lost profits or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms, or for a business's failure or refusal to honor a giveaway.

  1. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who misuses our website.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.
