Just the Right Touch Staging & Real Estate

Cheryle Brown Williamson, Owner

A Home Stager First, A Realtor Second

Cheryle Brown Williamson was transforming homes starting back in 2010, well before she ever got her real estate license. She founded Just the Right Touch Home Staging and Interior Design in California, eventually expanding her work to Atlanta and Naples, Florida. Over the years, she built a strong word-of-mouth reputation across every market she touched. People often recognized her work before she even introduced herself. That kind of local recognition builds naturally when the quality of the work speaks for itself.

How Staging Led Her Into Real Estate

Her real estate license came in 2018, following years of staging homes for sellers who kept asking why she was not the one selling their property. Her broker eventually convinced her to relocate to Huntington Beach to establish a dedicated neighborhood presence. She made the move, adapting to the transition much like every other relocation her career required. Today, she lives in Long Beach, where her main staging inventory is kept, and handles both real estate transactions and home staging from there.

What Clients Say About Working With Her

Clients who hire Cheryle for staging regularly mention that she feels like an approachable professional, not a corporate agency running through a generic checklist. Owning her entire furniture inventory gives her the flexibility to offer customized arrangements, including payment options structured around escrow closing. On the real estate side, client feedback highlights her thorough market preparation and reliable communication, as reflected in a review from realtor.com.

"Cheryle provides outstanding support and service to all she works with, a vast source of knowledge and information. She is my go to lady for all my real estate needs." – cpp.darrillc

That feedback matches what clients share with her directly. She remains hands-on when unexpected issues arise during a transaction, drawing on both her real estate expertise and more than two decades in accounting to keep escrow moving forward.

The Work Behind Every Staged Home

When buyers walk into one of Cheryle's staged properties, they see a finished space: warm lighting, thoughtful layouts, and carefully selected furniture. They do not always see the heavy lifting behind the scenes. She manages inventory transport, makes on-the-fly design adjustments, and fixes last-minute setup issues long before open houses begin. Buyers frequently tour her staged listings and request second walkthroughs just to experience the space again. That level of buyer interest highlights what effective staging actually accomplishes. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that resonates with potential buyers on a personal level.

Real Estate Guidance That Travels Wherever It Is Needed

While Cheryle focuses her home staging services primarily in Orange County, her real estate clients reach across Southern California, mostly coming to her through direct referrals. She has represented buyers and sellers in Chino Hills, up toward Lake Tahoe, and locally across Long Beach and surrounding coastal neighborhoods. Regardless of location, her strategy remains consistent: leveraging staging insight to help sellers maximize listing appeal while guiding buyers through key transaction decisions. That practical experience is supported by formal credentials. Cheryle earned her home staging certification in 2010 and spent over 25 years in financial accounting, including a combined 12 years at two Big 4 accounting firms. Within the real estate community, she serves as the founding president of Beach City Realtist (the Orange County chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers) and as a director with the California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals.

A New Option for Buyers Facing Higher Rates

Right now Cheryle is especially excited about assumable mortgage opportunities, which let qualified buyers take over existing loans at rates as low as two or three percent, far below what is available on new financing. For buyers who feel priced out at current rates, this can open doors that would otherwise stay closed.

Cheryle, home stager with Just the Right Touch, provided me with a detailed list of items to declutter and rearrange, but she also shared helpful tips on how to make my clients home look more inviting and marketable. She was always kind and professional, I highly recommend Cheryle and Just the Right Touch home staging and interior design to anyone looking to stage their home for sale.
